Lead and execute the design of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) for a range of building types
Prepare mechanical layouts and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD
Collaborate with architects, clients, and consultants to deliver coordinated and code-compliant designs
Manage your own project timelines and maintain proactive communication with clients
Conduct site visits, assessments, and provide construction-phase support

5+ years of experience in mechanical building systems design
Strong understanding of local codes, ASHRAE guidelines, and mechanical standards

Ability to work independently, manage project responsibilities, and take initiative
