Requirements

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Sales Engineer / Project Development Specialist to design and deliver retrofit, upgrade, and energy-efficient HVAC solutions for commercial, institutional, and industrial clients. This is a technical sales role focused on relationships, problem-solving, and results.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong customer focus.
• 5+ years of HVAC field experience; sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC Engineering or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
