The Group People Systems Manager will lead the strategic direction, oversight and optimisation of the Company’s global HCM SAP SuccessFactors and related people systems, ensuring they evolve with changing business needs, regulatory requirements and user expectations.
Working closely with the Global People Leadership team, operational people professionals and IT, the manager will drive continuous improvement and efficiency throughout the people‑systems landscape. The role is focused on strategic alignment, technology road‑mapping, governance, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, change management and team leadership.
Key requirements include deep understanding of people‑systems processes, expert knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem, experience delivering technology projects and system implementations, and the ability to think strategically. Strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions are essential.
