Providing innovative energy solutions for a sustainable, electrified future.
You will assume ownership of the construction/O&M site, planning on‑site activities with the Project Manager, managing site personnel, and ensuring contractual requirements are met. Coordination of site works will be driven to fulfil deliverables on schedule, within budget, and with the highest quality, health, safety, and environmental standards as defined by Hitachi Energy.
You will serve as the main interface to customer site representatives and local authorities, assist in technical discussions, and ensure compliance with the site‑specific Health, Safety and Environmental Plan. Management of the site budget, cost forecasting, and deviation reporting will be your responsibility, along with defining mitigation actions to stay within budget. You will monitor subcontractor performance, handle claims and payment certificates, and capture lessons learned for distribution across the organization. Documentation will be kept current in the document handling system, using the latest revisions for construction work.
In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for the customer, contractors, and internal teams, requiring strong organisational and communication skills. You must be able to work proficiently both independently and as part of a team.
