- Ensure all permits are current and manage additional permits required for project operations.
- Assist in resolving disputes, claims, or land access issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Translate technical project information (e.g., site layouts, access routes, drainage changes) into clear, understandable terms.
- Coordinate relationships between landowners, neighbors, local authorities, and permitting teams for operational projects.
- Support the transition of new projects into operations by organizing the intake of landowner contracts and permits.
- Maintain detailed records of landowner communications, agreements, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers and consultants to communicate technical details to landowners.
- Serve as the primary liaison for landowners, addressing concerns and ensuring transparent communication.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally and to Canada (up to 25%).

- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience managing large databases.

- Ability to interpret site plans, easement documents, and construction drawings.
- 2+ years of experience in landowner relations, real estate, permitting, or community engagement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or land management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with permitting processes, utility requirements, agricultural practices, and rural land use.
