Develop and execute hiring strategy for high-complexity, high-visibility roles across the function.
Drive strategic recruitment initiatives that align with organizational goals and leadership priorities.
Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and hiring needs.

Experience with HR and recruitment tools such as Workday or other ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Neuron, Tableau, AI bots (ie: ChatGPT).
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and shape recruitment strategy.
8+ years’ experience in recruitment with expertise in sourcing, screening, managing complex offers, immigration support and export control positions.
In-depth knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and compensation benchmarks.
Work experience on the Industrial/Energy sector.
Be a subject matter expert in area of recruitment through knowledge of market trends, talent availability data and a strong understanding of GEV business partner needs.
Advanced story telling with data and trend information.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, especially in high stakes offers.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge or experience
3+ years of experience recruiting for engineering, PhD level candidates as well as emerging technologies such as AI, Software and Robotics.
Experience in both Corporate and agency recruiting environments is preferred.
Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and coaching junior recruiters.
Experience in change management and process implementation.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term and influence change.
