Coordinate priorities, standards, and resource needs with the GIS Department Manager; contribute to a culture of service, innovation, and technical excellence.
Support and guide GIS Champions within client organizations to strengthen internal implementation and cross-department collaboration.

Understand industry-standard Esri data schema design and architecture for municipal infrastructure and utility implementations.

Strong troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills.

Experience with GIS-related scripting/coding (Python, Arcade, etc.) a plus.
Ability to clearly explain technical information to non-technical audiences and adapt communication to different groups and skill levels.
Solid working knowledge of ArcGIS platforms (ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online).
Minimum 15 years of professional GIS experience with client-facing responsibilities.
Knowledge of municipal operations, public works, or utility services preferred.
