Implement feedback from program reviews
Work with subject matter experts to develop training materials
Write content

Requirements

6+ years of related experience.
High school diploma or GED required. BS in business or education preferred.
If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required.
Versatile skillset to create effective learning courses and materials to meet their intended goals.
Proficient in Adobe Audition or equivalent software for audio editing
Proficient in Adobe Premier Pro or equivalent software for video editing
Experience developing SCORM compliant training modules
Ability to quickly learn and assess emerging training development tools
Experience working with Learning Management System
Experience working with Animation software
