- Hold a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

- Demonstrate strong math, verbal, mechanical, and written communication skills.
- Pass the EEI Construction and Skilled Trades (CAST) selection test.
- Live within 40 minutes or 40 miles of the Matheson Service Center.
