  • Grow revenue and meet targets by leveraging your technical knowledge and industry experience focussing on Renewables and Utility segment
  • Develop and execute 3–5 year strategic plans to expand market presence and pipeline in renewables.
  • Represent Siemens at industry seminars and roadshows, showcasing our technology-first portfolio.
  • Identify, build relationships and pursue new business opportunities in the renewable and Utility segments
  • Act as the escalation point for customer concerns, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • Maintain healthy pipeline and achieve high conversion rates
  • Provide regular insights and reporting to senior leadership on market trends and business development activities
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, consultants, EPC’s and contractors through a balanced approach of hunting and farming.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to promote adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Lead contract negotiations and tailor Siemens’ product and service portfolios to meet customer-specific needs.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the renewable and Utility ecosystem.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional relationship, focusing on long term relationship building skill (Essential).
  • A good knowledge of contract commercial and tendering procedures.
  • The ability to travel when required
  • 5+ years of local sales experience in the medium voltage or associated industrial sector.
  • Knowledge of relevant statutory body requirements and Australian Standards within the industry.
  • Strong understanding of medium voltage switchgear and protection devises (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Previous experience in account management with strong sales, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience working in Electrical industries in South Australia will be advantageous
