Senior Project Manager

Description

• Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and JLL standards
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Oversee procurement of materials and services for residential projects
• Analyze project performance and implement continuous improvement strategies
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Oversee and manage residential construction projects from inception to completion
• Conduct site inspections and address any issues promptly
• Lead client communications and provide regular project status updates
• Manage and mentor project team members

Requirements

• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
• Effective communication and client relationship management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• PMP certification or similar preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 20+ years of experience in residential construction project management
• Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and industry standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
