As our Social Value Manager, you’ll play a central role in leading, coordinating, and developing We Are Footprint’s social value delivery and strategy. Working closely with our Social Value Director, you’ll oversee projects, manage client partnerships, and ensure that our commitments are met — and exceeded.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety, community connection, and strategic thinking. You’ll lead by example, inspiring both our internal teams and our external partners to deliver meaningful, measurable results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, charities, local authorities, and community partners.
- Support the board with strategic reporting and idea generation for new initiatives.
- Collaborate with our Business Development and Marketing teams to promote success stories via social media, newsletters, and PR.
- Shape and influence our growing social value strategy
- Prepare and deliver presentations showcasing impact and innovation.
- Lead and deliver social value projects and initiatives across We Are Footprint and our client base.
- Stay informed on social value legislation and emerging best practices.
- Track and analyse data to report on progress and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Support SMEs in creating and delivering effective social value plans.
- Independently manage social value reporting, client updates, and case studies.

- Strong presentation and reporting abilities

- Confident leading projects independently and collaboratively
- Experience in social value, CSR, community engagement, or a related field is essential. Experience within recruitment, construction, or the public sector would be advantageous but not required.
- Organised, analytical, and proactive in identifying opportunities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
