This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Richmond, VA. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, and driving customer retention. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, solving customer issues, identifying upselling and growth opportunities, providing product education, generating performance reports, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize client solutions. The Account Manager will also act as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve their goals and expand their reach in the real estate industry.
