As part of the Development Contracts and Cost Control team, you will support the cost management functions and pre and post contract administration of contracts for Changi East. You will be involved in budgeting & cost estimating, preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation reports, progress payments, assessment of change/variation requests and claims related to the project. You will work closely with Project Officers, consultants including designers and quantity surveyors on cost estimates and provide support in the construction funding process. You will also work closely with the Project Officers, providing them with contractual support to resolve issues with partners and stakeholders such as consultants and contractors.

Degree in Building, Engineering or related disciplines

For the advertised role, at least 8 years' of relevant experience in contract management of large scale building or infrastructure projects. Those with fewer years of relevant experience may be considered for a less senior position.

Proficient in MS Office Applications

Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

Able to multi-task effectively and a good team player

Excellent understanding of good procurement strategies and practices
