- Être titulaire d’un DEC en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe;
- Être disponible le lundi pour travailler en dehors des heures normales de travail.
- Horaire de 35h sur 4 jours (avec le mercredi comme journée de congé);
- Effectuer la préparation des différents rapports reliés à la paie et aux avantages sociaux;
- Autonomie et rigueur;
- Effectuer la préparation et le traitement de paies pour les employés du Québec et d’autres provinces;
- Détenir des connaissances approfondies de la Suite Microsoft Office;
- Gestion des priorités et tolérance au stress;
- Être en mesure de communiquer en anglais, autant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral;
- Procéder à l’ouverture et la mise à jour des dossiers d’employés dans le logiciel comptable;
- Posséder de l'expérience dans un poste similaire (un atout);
- Stationnement disponible;
- Sens des responsabilités et organisation.
