Manage the requirements for document control for the Balfour Beatty Bachy Soletanche Joint Venture working for HS2 throughout the duration of the contract to ensure implementation and compliance to standards established within the Balfour Beatty Business Management System (BMS);
Plunge Columns, Tension Piles, Ground Anchors, Soil Nails and Ground Improvement;
Work proactively with project managers and teams to ensure a deliverables forecast is prepared and adhered to;
Manage business archiving such that all documentation is stored efficiently and can be accessed and referenced at all times;
Ensure that procedures are fully implemented in order to meet requirements of the BMS and other documentation and information systems, e.g. Business Collaborator;
Provide feedback such that project managers are fully aware of all documentation issues;
To identify opportunities for improvement within the document control process;
Apply contractual requirements in relation to Document control;
Work to continuously improve and enhance procedures and systems utilised for document control;
Liaise with project or bid teams to ensure they have a full understanding of document control and system procedures and provide training and instruction as required such that documentation control requirements are met;
Ensure accurate control of documentation from design, preconstruction/ construction through to completion and archiving;

Good experience of document control gained within the construction sector;
A UK Driving Licence.

An ability to understand how the operations of the Team relate to others and work collaboratively to obtain the best outcome for the business;
