Analyst, Hotel Advisory

Description

The role involves conducting research and advisory work on hospitality‑related assignments for JLL’s clients, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and, when needed, supporting business development efforts. You will work on feasibility studies, market analyses and valuations for hotels, resorts and mixed‑use projects across India and international markets.

• Conduct feasibility, market, and valuation studies for hotels, resorts, and mixed‑use projects.
• Perform field and desktop research, analyze data, and interpret findings for client assignments.
• Update JLL hospitality market intelligence databases across Indian and international markets.
• Monitor industry trends and key developments in hospitality.
• Support pitch and proposal preparation for new business opportunities.
• Assist senior staff with operator selection and hotel transaction mandates.

Requirements

Candidates should hold a degree in hospitality, architecture or business administration, and possess strong analytical and writing skills. 1‑2 years of experience in the hospitality sector is preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required. Frequent travel for project work is also expected.
