- Promote teamwork across all SBUs and disciplines to deliver multi-disciplinary excellence.
- Collaborate with other executive leaders to grow a legacy of excellence.
- Establish and uphold standards for quality, performance, and client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute a Strategic Business Plan aligned with corporate goals.
- Prepare, negotiate, and approve contracts and proposals.
- Mentor and develop leadership staff, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
