Occasional core reviews in existing buildings for tenant improvements.
Review shop drawings, RFI’s, submittals etc. and assist the design team in reviewing and responding to site inquiries.
Represent RJC at job site meetings with clients, contractors and other consultants.
Assist with other miscellaneous contract administration activities.
Collate and review material test reports.
Occasional assistance with on-site field review of construction progress
Liaise with other stakeholder Document Controllers on shop drawings, RFIs and other project submittals
Assist Project Engineers in developing budgets for field review and contract administration activities and monitor them over the course of construction.
Act as RJC’s central liaison between our engineering team, architects, subconsultants, contractors, and clients.
Maintain accurate project records within RJC’s centralized document control system and ensure all documentation is well organized and accessible.
Prepare Site Instructions and responses to RFI’s.
Bring construction and design issues to the attention of the RJC design team.
Coordinate structural work with other disciplines.
