Minimum 15 years of progressive construction experience, including 10+ years in field and leadership roles
BSc/BA in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Building Science or relevant field preferred
Physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, passenger use of construction personnel hoists, ability to climb ladders and negotiate work areas under construction.
Thorough understanding of safety and environmental principles, procedures, and legislation
Strategic thinker who can balance high-level oversight with hands-on leadership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead presentations and client meetings
Familiarity with construction / project management software, Procore preferred
