What you would be doing

- Monitors and optimizes plant performance through SAP system.
- Directs and coordinates maintenance activities across water treatment facilities.
- Provides leadership to the Maintenance staff and directs the maintenance operations during the

- Executes asset management strategies.
- Assists the Maintenance Technicians in performing proper diagnosis of any malfunctioning
- Oversees maintenance of pumps, motors, chemical feed systems, and filtration equipment.
- Leads by example and practices good safety procedures in order to keep self and others injury
- Is available on call for emergency repairs as needed to keep the plant in good running order.
- Drives and executes preventive maintenance programs for water treatment equipment.
- Coordinates with operations teams to minimize service disruptions.
- Performs and/or directs preventative maintenance on plant facilities and equipment as well as
- Installs or directs the installation of new equipment or rearranges existing equipment.
- Maintains detailed maintenance records and documentation.

- Minimum of 2 years of PVC plumbing or mechanical repair and maintenance work experience or
