As an IT Support Engineer, you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining all IT and communication systems across the Adler & Allan Group. You’ll oversee installation and maintenance of local IT systems, ensuring our IT service meets organisational needs while remaining commercially focused.

Handle technical support queries (local and remote) using Lansweeper & TeamViewer
Assist with Microsoft Office & O365 applications
Provide network support across the group
Manage IP telephony systems
Perform network installations
Implement company hardware and software

This is a hybrid role, requiring occasional travel to sites nationwide and overnight stays when necessary.

MS Windows 10 & 11
Familiarity with firewalls and subnets
Support PC, laptop, and mobile connectivity
General networking skills (DHCP, DNS, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Server (2012–2022)
General hardware diagnostics
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Clean UK driving licence
