- Provide induction and ongoing safety training for site personnel, contractors, and visitors.
- Ensure compliance with all local and national HSE laws and standards.
- Promote safety awareness and support the development of a positive HSE culture on-site.
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and emergency drills.
- Maintain and update all required safety records, permits, and documentation.
- Conduct daily site inspections and audits; report findings and follow up on corrective actions.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities when necessary.
- Lead incident investigations and prepare reports including root cause analysis and preventive measures.
- Implement and monitor site-specific HSE plans, procedures, and policies.
