Collaborate with and coordinate a strong working relationship amongst key stakeholders within the business, namely Development, Construction and Customer Services
To build and maintain effective relationships with key working partners, including the development of strong links at all levels of the business.
To direct the performance of existing commercial business ventures ensuring that contracts are fulfilled, and profit targets are delivered.
To direct and lead the governance of the Commercial team, ensuring proper accountability for, and reporting of, all commercial activity and the development of appropriate control systems.
Manage relationships with subcontractors and third parties to understand their requirements, negotiating ongoing contracts with suppliers and making recommendations as required
To actively support land bid submissions throughout the business unit.
Advise the wider team on technical solutions, buildability and costs at design stage in conjunction with the Construction Director
