• Earn a base pay ranging from $24.05 to $33.06 per hour, adjusted for position, location, education, training, and experience.
• Benefits become available on the first of the month after completing 30 days of employment.
• Vacation accrues between 12 and 25 days annually, based on years of service.
• Receive five sick days and six paid holidays each year, plus two half‑day holidays and two floating holidays.
