Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, and APMP Practitioner certification is preferred. The candidate must have a proven track record of leading sales, pursuits, and commercial enablement teams on multi‑million‑dollar pursuits and accounts. Demonstrated significant leadership capability, with the ability to inspire multi‑disciplinary and multi‑country teams, is essential.

The role demands strong client focus throughout the Market‑to‑Opportunity and Pursuit‑to‑Win phases, as well as a relentless drive to meet business growth targets. Candidates must be able to design, implement, and optimize pursuit processes with agility, and possess a deep understanding of commercial strategies, including margin, profitability, and international coordination. Experience collaborating with finance and legal teams on matters such as currency exchange and risk review, and the ability to lead, engage, and motivate teams toward shared goals, are required. Continuous improvement, training, and development of pursuit and commercial enablement personnel are also expected.
