This position is in a French-speaking environment but requires fluency in English to comprehend documentation and technical terms from international sources, and to communicate with customers, suppliers, or international colleagues.
Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding international teams.
Strong partner management and the ability to influence across functions and regions.
10+ years of experience across supply chain management, procurement, engineering, production, or logistics, preferably within a global industrial environment.
Strong commercial attitude with a focus on cost, delivery, and performance.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
