  • Comply with all industry Fair Housing rules, OSHA standards, compliance requirements, and company policies.
  • Identify and report procedure and skill gaps to the Training Team for further evaluation and development of a training plan. Occasional assistance in mentoring on-site team members (with the guidance of the Operations and Learning and Development Teams).
  • Provide superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase retention, revenue, reputation, and profitability.
  • As directed, assist the Regional Property Manager and/or Property Manager to mentor, lead and manage a high-performing, cohesive team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance and management personnel, in order to maximize team engagement.
  • Support the company’s philosophy, goals and adhere to policies.

  • Deliver excellent internal and external customer service. This person may work independently or with a larger team and must be skilled in working under both conditions.
  • Section 42/Tax Credit Experience Preferred.
  • Comfortable as a float to all properties as needed
  • Understand and execute on project tasks, including, but not limited to: Completing tax-credit applications, AR/AP/PO processing, delinquency tracking and collections, leasing and work order administration, physical property inspections, policy and procedure implementation, compliance and auditing, CRM queue support, and other project management related tasks.
