Description

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the entry‑door install department
• Create and execute schedules to meet daily customer commitments
• Align workload and manpower to fulfill commitments cost‑effectively
• Deliver projects on time, under budget, and to customer satisfaction
• Analyze monthly financial and operational reports and devise improvement actions with front‑line managers
• Conduct daily, monthly, and yearly performance reviews to boost field‑force productivity
• Support hiring, training, and development of new employees
• Communicate proactively with customers to exceed satisfaction expectations
• Review customer survey data and address concerns promptly
• Apply technical knowledge to mechanical systems and installations
• Observe paid holidays including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas

Requirements

The Coppell, Texas location is seeking an Install Supervisor to oversee the entry‑door installation department. The role involves directing daily operations, scheduling, project management, and labor‑cost control, and is ideal for candidates with strong managerial and leadership abilities.

• Hold a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least two years of personnel‑management experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
• Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
