What you would be doing
stakeholder coordination

Coordinating with other disciplines and other internal and external team members (e.g., vendors, clients, and contractors).
Developing project documents (e.g., calculations, reports, construction drawings and specifications, etc.) for clients in coordination with regulatory bodies and industry standards.
Assisting with development of conceptual designs and coordinating with the design team under direction of the project team lead.

Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit and 3D collaboration tools (Navisworks, BIM360 Suite, Assemble)
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
Willingness to relocate or work in one of CRB’s internship locations, which may include: Kansas City (MO), Raleigh (NC), Orange County (CA), Philadelphia (PA), St. Louis (MO), Boston (MA), San Diego (CA), Kalamazoo (MI), Denver (CO), and/or Rockville (MD)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards within the AEC industry
Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
Prior internship or co-op experience in CAD, BIM, Engineering Design, or related field
Eagerness to learn about the AEC industry and apply academic knowledge to real-world design and construction technology applications
Available to work full-time during the internship period: May–August 2026
