General drafting of P&IDs, pipe support details, etc. may sometimes be required.
Coordinate Plant 3D attributes with AutoPIPE attributes for stress analysis.
Import laser scan point cloud data to assess existing plant
Model piping from P&IDs and piping specifications.
Coordinate with instrumentation design for modeling valve, acquiring instrument cut sheets, and assist in developing instrument specs and data sheets.
Prepare piping drawings (such as isometrics, piping plans, orthos, equipment plans, etc.) for approval and issued for construction.
Helps customers with FEL and detailed design for projects less than $5M TIC.
Visit plant sites as necessary to identify tie-ins, take field measurements, or coordinate with third party laser scan.
Coordinate piping design with mechanical stress analysis.
Actively support growth of the Process & Mechanical group by sourcing new work, cultivating customer relationships, and preparing proposals.
Facilitate Navisworks model review, taking notes and organizing client feedback on model.
Coordinate with equipment design for datasheets, vendor 3D files, and shop fabrication drawings to model equipment.
