In this role you will contribute to concept studies, create drawing packages, and support planning applications, technical approvals and construction issues across a variety of development projects, often managing several assignments simultaneously.
- Conduct concept studies and produce drawing packages for planning and construction phases.
- Manage multiple development projects across sectors, delivering on budget, schedule and technical standards.
- Engage with clients, stakeholders and design teams to secure approvals and coordinate statutory agreements.
- Create infrastructure masterplans, site appraisals, technical reports and construction drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Info Drainage and related tools.

Candidates should have knowledge of highway design, drainage strategy, flood risk management, utility design and the development industry, be proficient with design codes and software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Info Drainage, and possess strong communication skills and awareness of climate‑change guidance.
A postgraduate qualification (or equivalent), progress towards chartership, and experience in financial and contractual aspects of both large and small projects are desired, though you are encouraged to apply even if you do not meet every criterion.

- Demonstrate strong written and spoken communication and stay updated on climate‑change and sustainability guidance.
- Hold a postgraduate qualification, be progressing towards chartership, and understand financial and contractual aspects of projects.
