In this role you will contribute to concept studies, create drawing packages, and support planning applications, technical approvals and construction issues across a variety of development projects, often managing several assignments simultaneously.

Candidates should have knowledge of highway design, drainage strategy, flood risk management, utility design and the development industry, be proficient with design codes and software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Info Drainage, and possess strong communication skills and awareness of climate‑change guidance.
A postgraduate qualification (or equivalent), progress towards chartership, and experience in financial and contractual aspects of both large and small projects are desired, though you are encouraged to apply even if you do not meet every criterion.
