Schedule delivery and pick-up appointments with FRSTeam customers.
Manage and distribute site email and mail daily.
Manages data entry of all job leads into system within 1 business day
Maintenance marketing with current assigned clients from internal sales standpoint
Contact and coordinate the appropriate subcontractors, as needed.
Back up job coordinator for packouts, deliveries, emergency deliveries, on call availability
Monitor and update jobs daily, making sure the job flows efficiently through the claims process requirements and cycle times
Daily review of compliance tasks and all job tasks are completed on time
Responsible for generating billing packet in a timely manner and submitting to PM for review and audit.
Coordinating with the field sales team to create priorities and set goals for promoting potentials to the level of partners
Complete New Loss Information Sheet, accurately and completely, with pertinent information necessary to log the job within our systems.
10 field sales calls to current top 10 assigned clients to include presentations on job performance, business development and marketing type visits
Utilizing the information given to develop the first draft of estimate for each claim assigned within 12 hours.
Provide direct support to field teams
Responsible for initial contact with customer, agent or adjuster within 15 minutes of receiving lead.
Answer, route and log all incoming phone calls while ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsible for confirmation phone calls to customers.

Experience in restoration environment, a plus
High School graduation or equivalent
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to successfully pass a criminal background.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times.
Two (2) years of administrative or office related experience
Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate® and proprietary software.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting (preferred)
Demonstrated capacity to think “outside the box”, and communicate new ideas
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
