This is a broad and varied role where no two days will be the same. You’ll be the key organiser behind the scenes, ensuring the smooth running of office operations, logistics, HR admin, and health & safety processes. It’s a fantastic chance for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys being the go-to person who keeps everything on track.

  • Support HR: inductions, payroll, holidays, apprenticeships, and company events
  • Organise health & safety processes including training, inspections, and maintenance schedules
  • Oversee office and logistics processes: purchasing, invoicing, vehicles, deliveries, and supplies
  • Manage compliance tasks such as insurance renewals, inspections, and supplier coordination
  • Liaise with customers to coordinate installations, collections, and showroom visits
