The manager will assist the Director of Supportive Services in translating management and grant priorities into practice standards and coordinating agency‑wide changes. Responsibilities include collaborative monitoring of case managers, ensuring all LIHI properties secure and sustain supportive services grant opportunities, and overseeing the financial and record‑keeping aspects of grant administration, including governmental grants and FSC Medicaid billing.
- Hire, orient, and train case managers at five to six permanent supportive housing sites; provide consultation, guidance, and first‑level assistance
- Directly supervise up to 10 supportive service staff across assigned properties
- Support supportive services and property management staff collaboration for successful resident outcomes
- Conduct progressive employee evaluation and development
- Participate in program evaluation and best‑practice development with input from residents, staff, and volunteers
- Oversee, maintain, and review case‑management records for quality assurance, training, and data management
- Conduct weekly or bi‑weekly staff meetings
- Provide direct resident support as needed, including short‑term crisis intervention, case‑management, info‑referral, or backup property‑management tasks
- Offer case management and service planning for residents at risk of eviction or self‑identified
- Perform regular site visits, audits, and one‑on‑one staff meetings to guide performance and training
- Manage administrative support tasks such as scheduling, event coordination, quarterly/annual audits, and file organization, including electronic storage
- Maintain the supportive services database to ensure data accuracy, staff compliance, and billing; HMIS experience a plus
- Collaborate across LIHI by listening, reflecting, mediating, and problem‑solving with diverse teams
- Coordinate the full grant lifecycle with leadership, finance, development, and property‑management staff, producing reports and ensuring post‑award management

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field (MSW preferred) and have experience in case management, resident support, and supervisory roles. Desired background includes housing‑specific case management, grant management, and familiarity with property management for low‑income residents. Applicants should possess strong knowledge of local social service resources, excellent computer and reporting skills, and the ability to handle confidential information securely.
Benefits
The Housing Supportive Services Manager position is located in King County and reports to the Senior Supportive Services Manager. The role offers a pay range of $32.56‑$36.06 per hour, full‑time schedule of 40 hours per week (8:00 am‑4:30 pm, Monday‑Friday), and non‑union status.
