- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
- Operate lifts and work at heights up to 40+ feet.
- Lead and supervise installation crews on BAS projects.
- Work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by project schedules.
- Collaborate with electricians and mechanical contractors to ensure system readiness.
- Perform pre-commissioning checks for wiring and installation accuracy.
- Follow OSHA and NEC safety and cabling standards.
- Install low-voltage wiring, sensors, actuators, and control panels per project specifications.
- Mount control components securely and accurately.
- Label components and update drawings to reflect as-built conditions.
- Terminate control and communication wiring at BAS controllers and field devices.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and BAS fundamentals
- This role is based out of the Charlotte, NC area and will require travel throughout the region.
- Proficiency in structured cabling, conduit bending, and low-voltage terminations
- Comfortable working with HVAC controls and other low-voltage systems commonly found in commercial buildings
- Experienced in terminating and labeling HVAC control wiring in panels and enclosures to meet project standards
