The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in overseeing daily operations and financial functions of a housing community. Responsibilities include managing rent delinquency and collections, supervising staff, handling leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management in the manager’s absence, and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and fair‑housing regulations. The role requires regular onsite presence and the ability to lead a team effectively.
The position offers an hourly wage of $24 to $28, along with a comprehensive total‑rewards package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, accidental and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, performance bonuses, paid sick days and company holidays. Compensation is determined based on the candidate’s skill set, experience, certifications, and other relevant factors.
