The Rental Car Drive team in Irving, Texas needs a Warehouse Associate who accurately processes all customer and replenishment orders while meeting daily safety, quality, and performance goals. Core duties include pulling raw‑material request orders, delivering them to work centers, scanning items with RF devices, supplying consumables, handling waste disposal, and returning material to the warehouse. The associate also follows safety checklists, reports equipment problems, wears required PPE, participates in 6S activities, and maintains housekeeping and standard work. Immediate reporting of scrap, damaged product, or quality issues to a supervisor is required.
Candidates should have 1–4 years of warehouse experience, strong verbal and written English communication skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. A forklift operator authorization and demonstrated safe operation of powered industrial trucks, including elevated work, are required, as is the ability to comply with weight limits and wear safety tethers. Additional preferred skills include freight handling, knowledge of hazardous shipping regulations, and the ability to operate a reach truck or order picker (training will be provided).
