As a Customer Support Coordinator in the Spare Parts team, you will manage customer enquiries, process sales orders and coordinate part dispatches throughout the South Pacific region, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.

Manage customer interactions from initial enquiry through to invoice despatch
Prepare accurate and timely sales quotes, including pricing and stock availability
Identify and source spare parts to meet customer requirements
Generate reports on customer orders and stock availability

We seek a proactive, well‑organised professional with ERP experience (preferably Dynamics 365 Business Central), knowledge of import/export logistics, and strong communication skills in SharePoint, Word and Excel. Familiarity with gas and diesel engine components and the ability to multitask under pressure are desirable.
