Ensure compliance with company policies, GAAP standards, and state/federal regulations.
Bank Reconciliations
Perform general ledger account reconciliations, including cash, inventory, prepaid expenses, accrued liabilities, AP/AR adjustments, and intercompany accounts.
Assist with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and other duties as needed.
Help strengthen accounting processes and internal controls, recommending improvements where needed.
Manage credit card administration for 50+ company credit cards, including expense report review, coding, and reconciliation.
Assist with documentation for audits and support audit requests.
Manage prepaid expense amortizations and recurring accruals.
Prepare and review bank reconciliations across multiple accounts.
Quarterly All Company Meetings
Complete and file sales tax returns for multiple states, ensuring timeliness and compliance with state-specific regulations.
Maintain and update fixed asset registers, and record new assets, disposals, and monthly depreciation.
Support the Controller and CFO with ad-hoc tasks, analysis, and projects.
Maintain accurate Work-in-Progress (WIP) schedules and update project/job costing records regularly.
