- Support preconstruction design and methods development into construction delivery
- Assist in developing construction sequencing following Method-led Construction principles
- Contribute to methodology solutions aligned with design development and site constraints
- Support development of cost and carbon estimates for works packages
- Assist with training resources for the Methods Engineering Team and wider project teams
- Support integration of temporary and permanent works design
- Develop logistics strategies and concept temporary works schemes
- Promote and support the adoption of modern methods of construction
- Prepare detailed schedules for construction methodology options

- Experience working across multiple projects
- Previous experience in reinforcement detailing analysis and optimisation
- Progressing towards professional accreditation in Civil Engineering (Incorporated/Chartered)
- Comfortable working with digital models and BIM tools
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with deadline-driven outputs
- Previous project experience in complex/major project environments at Site Engineer or Section Engineer level (or equivalent)
- Awareness of CDM Regulations and safe systems of work
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and modern methods of construction
- Understanding of project planning and resourcing requirements
- Confidence to challenge traditional construction approaches
