- Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Schedule and dispatch team members, equipment, or vehicles to locations using radios, phones, or computers, determining required resources per work orders.
- Ensure timely and efficient movement of resources according to schedules.
- Oversee all communications within assigned area(s).
- Receive or prepare work orders and work schedules.
- Record and maintain files of customer requests, services performed, inventory, and dispatch information.
- Identify and mitigate issues encountered in the department or work environment.
- Confer with clients or supervisors to address questions, problems, and resource requests.
- Monitor resource utilization to coordinate services and achieve optimal efficiency.
- Compile statistics and reports on work progress.
- Monitor daily services and provide updates and reports.
- Comply with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by the company, clients, and regulators.
