As the Survey Department Manager you will oversee all aspects of surveying operations in the Loveland office, lead complex projects, mentor staff, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

- Act as the primary client contact, building trust and long‑term partnerships.
- Respond quickly and professionally to issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently across survey projects.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue and increase profitability.
- Track department performance metrics and drive operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and internal QA standards.
- Implement quality‑assurance processes to verify data integrity and project accuracy.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain compliance and identify improvement areas.
- Maintain strong understanding of construction staking, boundary/topographic surveys, and DTM/GPS processing.

Candidates must hold an active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Colorado (or be eligible in other states), have 8+ years of progressive survey experience including leadership of field and office teams, and possess advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Carlson Software, and Leica. Strong communication skills, construction staking knowledge, and expertise in boundary/topographic surveys and DTM/GPS processing are also required.
