Senior SMP Designer

We're looking for a detail-oriented SMP Designer who can deliver high-quality design outputs using Agilitus systems and procedures. You'll be developing practical and efficient SMP solutions, supporting junior team members, and building strong relationships with colleagues and clients. This role involves working across a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with client standards, Australian regulations, and delivering within budget and timeframes.

• Assisting with identifying new work opportunities and providing inputs into development of new project scopes and estimate and, other duties as required to enable the team to deliver projects.
• Undertaking Structural, Mechanical and or Piping design tasks from concept through to commissioning
• Developing and improving Structural, Mechanical and Piping design drafting tools for use across the team.

• Good communication skills with the ability to give clear and accurate instructions or updates when requested to team members.
• Diploma in engineering or applicable drafting traineeship (or similar)
• Ability to use all engineering designs systems and softwares efficiently and ability to train other employees how to use them effectively.
