Senior Software Engineer

• Design and scale core systems like our workflow engine, AI Copilot, and APIs
• Build end-to-end features across a fullstack TypeScript environment (React frontend + Node backend)
• Help evolve our SDK and CLI tools for secure third-party integrations
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and customer-facing teams
• Enhance automation and AI-driven capabilities for complex use cases

We’re looking for a versatile Fullstack Software Engineer to help scale the core systems of our HIPAA-compliant no-code automation platform that’s transforming healthcare operations.

• Clear, fluent communication in English—written and spoken
• Optimize for security, fault tolerance, and performance (HIPAA-compliant)
• A deep understanding of software engineering principles (testing, scalability, performance)
• A track record of owning features or products end-to-end
• Proven experience across both frontend and backend in production systems
• Strong coding skills (ideally in TypeScript, but we value adaptability over stack-specific experience)
• Modern tech stack: All TypeScript, React, Node, cloud-native CI/CD

Salary Range: Up to 100.000 GROSS annually (depends on experience).
