- Create and edit CNC programs using CabinetVision and Alphacam for millwork production.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to develop accurate programs.
- Optimize CNC programs to improve production speed and material usage.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming or machine‑related issues.
- Maintain and update CNC programs for design changes or improvements.
- Ensure all work complies with quality standards.
- Provide training and technical support to CNC operators and production staff.

We are seeking a talented CabinetVision and Alphacam Programmer to join this team, contributing to the delivery of exceptional millwork results on exquisite projects. If you have a positive attitude and want to build your future, South Shore Millwork offers the environment to do so.
- Proven experience with CabinetVision and Alphacam in architectural millwork or woodworking.
- In‑depth understanding of CNC machinery, tooling, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork orientation.
- Effective communication with designers, engineers, and production staff.
- Knowledge of woodworking materials, finishes, and industry best practices.
- Experience with Homag CNC machines and WoodWop software (plus).
- Hands‑on shop experience (plus).
- Experience with additional CNC programming software and tools.
- Familiarity with advanced machining techniques and automated production processes.
- Understanding of shop workflow and production management.
