You will lead by example, inspire the team to reach their highest potential, and maintain a professional appearance at all times. Building the team is a core responsibility: you will recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop outstanding people, conduct reviews and performance evaluations, and support location personnel in meeting system requirements.
You will ensure maximum sales performance across multiple locations, conduct monthly reviews with sales representatives to analyze territory trends, and identify improvement opportunities and revenue projections. Monitoring sales metrics such as fleet utilization, territory coverage, new account production, rate achievement, aged receivables, and customer satisfaction will be essential. Clear, urgent communication of issues and action items, together with setting measurable goals and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment, will drive success.

Minimum requirements include ten years of experience in the rental industry or a similar field and ten years in a leadership, coaching, or mentoring role. Candidates must exhibit excellent leadership and people‑management skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and a results‑driven mindset focused on continuous improvement.
The regular schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime paid after 40 hours. On‑call duties are required only in special weekend circumstances.
