  • Ensure best practices and processes are followed with regards to Digital
  • Ensure appropriate SME representation in Digital initiatives
  • Develop processes; implement a digital culture with the use of Digital Technology across the Customers, Regions, sectors, and Frameworks which aligned with Balfour Beatty Built to Last an build a Digital Balfour Beatty
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with a range of project stakeholders
  • Receive products into service and ensure their successful roll out across multiple schemes
  • Ensure a relentless focus on Zero Harm
  • Help lead Digital implementation of products and processes on projects across the UK.
  • Capture additional requirements and feedback to team
  • Create effective relationships with the project team, supply chain partners
  • Planning in relation to roll out of digital tools onto schemes
  • Can Lead the use of Digital Software applications and train others
  • Own the training and deployment plans for digital tools implementation
  • Drive the adoption of established digital minimum expectations into to all local projects
  • Own the deployment of digital tools onto each new local project
  • Track and report on adoption of digital tools
  • Capture, document, and feedback lessons learned on the success and failure of digital tools, process and their implementations.
