- Ensure appropriate SME representation in Digital initiatives
- Develop processes; implement a digital culture with the use of Digital Technology across the Customers, Regions, sectors, and Frameworks which aligned with Balfour Beatty Built to Last an build a Digital Balfour Beatty
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with a range of project stakeholders
- Receive products into service and ensure their successful roll out across multiple schemes
- Ensure a relentless focus on Zero Harm
- Help lead Digital implementation of products and processes on projects across the UK.
- Capture additional requirements and feedback to team
- Create effective relationships with the project team, supply chain partners
- Planning in relation to roll out of digital tools onto schemes
- Can Lead the use of Digital Software applications and train others
- Own the training and deployment plans for digital tools implementation
- Drive the adoption of established digital minimum expectations into to all local projects
- Own the deployment of digital tools onto each new local project
- Track and report on adoption of digital tools
- Capture, document, and feedback lessons learned on the success and failure of digital tools, process and their implementations.
