Be the Detail Hero � Check, double-check, and sign off on top-notch installations.
Get Wired � Hook up inverters, run clean wiring, and make sure every connection is safe, solid, and solar-powered.
Gear Up and Get to Work � Install solar panels and systems on homes, roofs, and ground arrays like a renewable energy rockstar.
Climb and Shine � Assess rooftops, check structure integrity, and secure hardware like a pro (because quality matters).
Never Stop Growing � Take part in training and stay sharp on the latest tools, tech, and trends in solar.
Stay Safe � Follow all PPE protocols and jobsite safety rules�our crews work smart and safe.
Keep it Rolling � Help with routine system maintenance and minor repairs to keep everything running smoothly.

Solar install experience preferred�but not required (we train!)
Knowledge of wiring and construction is a big plus
