The supervisor will assist in planning, scheduling, and executing projects, coordinate with managers, engineers, and contractors to define scope and deliverables, and monitor progress, making adjustments as needed. They will also manage stakeholder communications, prepare status reports, handle budgeting and resource allocation, enforce quality standards, maintain documentation, assess risks, and ensure safety compliance throughout each project.

- Stay up‑to‑date with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolve project‑related issues or conflicts promptly.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement necessary adjustments.
- Ensure construction activities adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
- Promote a culture of safety among project participants.
- Investigate and report safety incidents or near misses.

Candidates must have 3–5 years of telecom construction or project coordination experience, strong technical knowledge of telecom infrastructure, and excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Preferred qualifications include experience with project management software, PMP or PRINCE2 certification, and familiarity with fiber optic and wireless systems. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
The position is primarily office‑based but requires regular site visits and travel to various project locations, with occasional evenings or weekends to meet deadlines. Physical demands include navigating construction sites, walking, climbing, standing for extended periods, and lifting materials up to 25 pounds.
- Minimum 3‑5 years experience in telecom construction or project coordination.
- Knowledge of telecom infrastructure, construction processes, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Familiarity with fiber optic and wireless communication systems.
